UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi set for hot and humid Saturday

Some cloud cover could make conditions easier to bear

Weather conditions in Dubai on Saturday will be mostly clear and sunny with a moderate breeze.

Temperatures are due to peak at 35°C shortly after midday, accompanied by gentle winds of up to 22kph.

The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of clear skies and light breezes.

Temperatures are predicted to be slightly hotter, reaching 36°C in the afternoon, with lighter winds of around 17kph.

The National Centre of Meteorology is predicting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but predicted a chance of some fog and mist forming by night and into Sunday morning.

The Centre said humidity will increase by night.

Night time temperatures could drop to around 29°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the course of Tuesday night and the early hours of Wednesday morning.
