UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi set for hot and dusty Saturday

Weather conditions in Dubai on Friday will be hot and sunny with moderate winds.

Temperatures are due to peak at 38°C in the middle of the afternoon, accompanied by winds of around 20kph.

The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of sun and strong breezes.

Temperatures are also predicted to peak at 38°C in the afternoon, with lighter winds of around 16kph.

The National Centre of Meteorology is predicting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but said the predicted winds could cause blowing dust.

Night time temperatures could drop to around 28°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the course of Friday night and the early hours of Saturday morning.
