UAE weather: clear skies in Dubai, haze in Abu Dhabi

Clear skies across much of the UAE through the morning will see temperatures build towards a peak of 38°C on Wednesday.

Abu Dhabi will remain hot through the day and it will become hazy at times later in the afternoon.

Dubai will hang on to clear skies for much of the afternoon, but cloud is likely to build in the Northern Emirates where it will be slightly cooler. Temperatures there could fall to 28°C.

Fujairah and the east coast will also peak with daytime temperatures at about 37°C, and more cloud.

There will be chance of blowing dust in exposed areas as winds will pick up to 22kph from a northern direction.

The southeast of the UAE is at risk of catching a shower in the afternoon, before a humid night and temperatures falling not much below 30°C in Dubai and the capital and the chance of mist on Thursday morning.
