ABU DHABI // Cool weather will continue across the country as clouds form around coastal areas.
Fog was reported over further inland areas such as Liwa and Sweihan as the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology issued a visibility warning of less than 1km.
Although conditions are expected to be warmer during the day, residents should expect cool nights with slight to moderate winds.
Temperatures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi could drop to as low as 12°C overnight, but are expected to have highs of 27°C.
Inland, temperatures will range between 8°C and 27°C, with the mountainous regions of the country experiencing highs of 15°C and lows of 5°C.
Humidity is set to increase overnight leading to fog on Tuesday morning.
Sea farers should expect moderate seas in both the Sea of Oman and the Arabian Gulf.

1 The kind of water athletes drink is important.
