UAE weather: Abu Dhabi and Dubai set for a hot and sunny day

Temperatures likely to go over 40°C but a gentle breeze may cool things

The scorching weather that welcomed in Eid Al Fitr is set to continue into Wednesday. Abu Dhabi and Dubai look set to go over 40°C, with both expected to hit 42°C about midday.

A mild breeze will blow in from the south. In the afternoon the wind will pick up a little bit and blow easterly in what should be a clear day with a little bit of humidity.

Any wind will have largely dropped by sunset.

It should be a great day for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, which is open until midnight.
