Temperatures are likely to stay below 40°C while in Abu Dhabi and Dubai another day of mid-30 highs is on the cards. In Dubai, the forecast is for a maximum of 36°C, while Abu Dhabi will only reach 35°C. The interior could reach 39°C with up to 80 per cent humidity. Along the coast and on the islands, the maximum is likely to be 36°C with 85 per cent humidity and the mountains are expected to hit 32°C with 65 per cent humidity. The National Centre of Meteorology said Sunday would be generally fair and partly cloudy at times. There will be light to moderate winds, freshening at times. Waters will be slight to moderate in the Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
