According to the assistant undersecretary, the ministry is keen to maximise their sustainable agriculture, water conservation practices and aquaculture.
Ms Hareb said the importance of cooperation at the local and international levels in various environmental fields will speed up the learning process on the best practices and policies, which will enhance environmental sustainability.
She said the ministry is using scientific research to find alternative and unconventional solutions to maximise the use of the country’s dwindling water resources.
