A weather warning has been issued about <a href="https://www.thenationalnews.com/uae/environment/2022/01/01/uae-weather-heavy-rain-and-high-winds-pummel-abu-dhabi-in-wild-start-to-2022/" target="_blank">high winds</a> and stormy seas in the UAE throughout Sunday. The National Centre of Meteorology issued the<a href="https://www.thenationalnews.com/uae/2022/02/01/abu-dhabi-hit-by-fog-as-weather-alert-issued/" target="_blank"> warning</a> on its website on Sunday morning, saying wind speeds will reach up to 55 kilometres per hour and the seas will be rough, with waves as high as three metres in the Arabian Gulf. It also warned of reduced visibility in the western parts of the country up until Sunday evening. The high winds and seas are predicted to continue until Monday, February 7. Cloudy conditions are also predicted for the week ahead with the weather expected to feel cold during the day and night on Monday. The NCM said conditions will remain dusty and cloudy throughout the week, with a probability of fog and mist on Wednesday in the northern and western regions. Humid weather is expected to return on Wednesday and Thursday at night. The temperature is expected to reach a high of 26°C from Thursday to Saturday with the lowest temperature forecast to be 16°C on Tuesday.
