The body of an Emirati man has been found on a mountain in Fujairah.
Police are investigating the cause of death after a resident of the area, near Dhadna, 45km north of Fujairah city, discovered the body.
The man appeared to be in his 40s but officers did not disclose further details, Arabic language newspaper Al Bayan reported.
It is not clear if he is a hiker or nearby resident.
The body was taken to Fujairah Hospital to determine the cause of death.
