More than 4,000 pupils in Abu Dhabi will take part in an initiative that aims to gauge the skills and knowledge they have acquired.
The 15-year-old pupils from private and public schools will be participating in the Programme for International Student Assessment, a survey that examines performance in areas such as reading, mathematics and science.
Dr Amal Al Qubaisi, Abu Dhabi Education Council’s director general, said the survey will help the council implement best practices.
