DUBAI // International School of Arts & Science students recently participated in the My Language Arabic competition, which was jointly organised by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research and the Arabic Language Protection Association (ALPA).
The Dubai competition was held to help promote the Arabic language among young Arab students and encourage them to become fluent Arabic speakers.
“We strongly believe that learning the national language forms a great part of any culture, and we are committed to supporting the initiatives of local authorities by cultivating and evoking a sense of national pride and identity among the young Arab students across all our schools,” said Muhieddine Soubra, principal of ISAS.
