<span style="letter-spacing: 0px;"><strong>How Indian and Pakistani curriculum schools rate</strong></span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">The results of the 2010 schools inspection cycle were released yesterday by the emirate’s education authority, KHDA. This morning, a full breakdown for every school was made available.</span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Each school was evaluated over two or three days between October and December. </span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">The inspectors assessed the quality of teaching, leadership structures, students’ ability to attain knowledge, and facilities, among other factors. </span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Parents, students and teachers were also surveyed during the inspection.</span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Schools were then divided into four categories: outstanding, good, acceptable and unsatisfactory. </span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Of the 21 Indian schools inspected, 11 were ranked good, seven acceptable and three unsatisfactory.</span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Three schools moved up one rank from when they were first inspected in 2009, and one new school was rated good. </span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">The ranking of the three Pakistani schools stayed the same: two are unsatisfactory and one acceptable.</span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Individual reports for each school can be reviewed on <a href="https://email.admedia.ae/OWA/redir.aspx?C=476b12ffd5fd463db3abd33491d186e1&URL=http%3a%2f%2fwww.khda.gov.ae" target="_blank"> <span>www.khda.gov.ae</span></a></span> <span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">Above, a breakdown of how each school fared:</span>
