ADEC to take part in school improvement training

During the week, Adec will organise a three day capacity-building programme for school facilitators from across the Emirate.

The Abu Dhabi Education Council will undergo a one week school-based professional development training March 29 to April 2 as part of an effort to encourage schools to take part in an individualised school improvement plan.

During this week, Adec will organise a three day capacity-building programme for school facilitators from across the Emirate to help equip them with the tools and resources necessary to drive the programme forward.

“ADEC has provided school leaders, teachers, administrators and the rest of the public school staff team various professional development assistance, enough to support them during this challenging and exciting journey, which will help highlight some of the areas that need special attention,” said Mohamed Al Dhaheri, Adec’s school operations executive director.
