Dubai lifeguard lured 13-year-old into women’s changing room before molesting him

The young boy was lured into the women's changing room with a promise of new sports gear.

DUBAI // A Sri Lankan lifeguard was jailed for six months for molesting a 13-year-old boy in a women’s changing room.

The criminal court heard that M H, 23, confessed to meeting the Indian boy on May 26 last year in the building in Jumeirah Village.

He said the boy began to ask him about topics of a sexual nature then asked if he could provide him with pornography.

“I told him i didnt have any and left,” said M H.

He said he then met the boy two days later.

“He again started talking to me about sex topics then suggested that we do a sex act at the women’s changing room, therefore we headed there,” said M H.

Pakistani security guard M K, 27 said he was looking for M H when he found him and the boy in the women’s toilet, so called the police.

The boy’s father claimed M H lured him into the changing rooms by promising him new sports gear.

M H tried to convince him into taking off his clothes but his son refused, he claimed.

“He told me that the man then started pleasuring himself,” said the father.

The life guard will be deported after completing his jail term.
