Dubai crown prince honours Emirati inventor



The Emirati inventor Ahmed Majan was honoured in front of a number of company heads and heads of departments by Saif Al Ketbi, director general of the office of the Crown Prince of Dubai. Mr Al Ketbi praised the efforts of Mr Majan and his academic inventions and discoveries.

“Thanks to his persistence and talent, Mr Majan has become a role model, not only for Emirati or Arab youths, but also globally, since his inventions are well known across the world from his participation in academic competitions.

“This honour and the international reputation of Mr Majan’s achievements is an honour for the UAE’s sincere scientific efforts,” said Mr Al Ketbi. “While we are preparing for the celebrations of the UAE’s 43rd anniversary, it is better for us to harvest the fruits of the union in scientific, inventions and innovative fields.”

Mr Majan expressed his happiness at receiving the honour and extended his appreciation to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid, Crown Prince of Dubai for his continuous support.
