DUBAI // Two men today admitted sexually assaulting a student, saying they did so "on his request".
HA and MA, both Emiratis aged 20, confessed to assaulting their 18-year-old compatriot but told the Dubai Criminal Court that their actions were not against his will.
Prosecutors said the pair were driving around Hor Al Anz, where they lived, on January 28 when they came across the student, AQ. They told the student to get into the car so they could discuss something with him.
The student said they then drove him to the house of another friend, MK, where they forced him into a room. He said the two then made him take off his clothes and took turns to sexually assault him. The attack took about 10 minutes. MK said he was unaware of the attack as he was with his mother in the kitchen at the time.
The case was adjourned to May 13.
