DUBAI // A manager who was fired after a one-month probation period then threatened to kill his boss was today sentenced by the Dubai Criminal Court to three months in prison.
MF, a 27-year-old logistic manager from Pakistan, demanded his company pay him Dh60,000 compensation after it terminated his services.
As one of the company's employees ejected him from the building he said: "Ask the police to shoot me - otherwise I will shoot him", referring to his boss.
