Abu Dhabi charity spreads love on Valentine's Day

One hundred cleaners in Abu Dhabi will receive a care package on Valentine's Day. Find out how you can contribute.

The Abu Dhabi charity Labor of Love UAE has teamed up with Love Doughnuts to give labourers a special gift for Valentine's Day.

Until Thursday next week, Dh25 will buy a care package for one of 100 women working for MBM, a facilities-management company, which will include a tissue box, a pack of ladies' razors, a bar of soap, toothpaste and a toothbrush.

Angel Wesley, who runs the charity, said she was thrilled to team up with local businesses to promote the group's programmes.
