The UAE enjoyed a dry start to the week after rounding off the weekend with spells of rain. Winds are expected to be be light to moderate throughout the day, freshening at times with clouds causing blowing dust and sand. The sea will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough in Oman Sea. The National Centre of Meteorology said temperatures would hit highs of 25°C in Dubai and 22°C in Abu Dhabi. But forecasters said there was a chance of further rainfall during the week. The NMC said rainfall was possible by Tuesday afternoon over northern, eastern and some coastal areas, accompanied by a significant drop in temperatures.
