Rain fell across parts of the country again on Sunday, as a low pressure weather system continued to move through the region. Light to moderate rain fell across Jebel Ali in Dubai, as well as parts of Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah in the early hours. Forecasters said there could be further showers throughout the day, particularly in eastern and southern areas. On Saturday, torrential rains lashed parts of the UAE, flooding wadis and roads. Hatta in Dubai was badly hit, while Masafi and Al Qurayya in Fujairah, parts of Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi all experienced downpours. Temperatures will be cooler than average for this time of year, with Abu Dhabi expected to reach 36°C and Dubai expected to be 39<b>°</b>C. Winds will be moderate to light with the wind expected to be around 15 to 25km/h. Visibility for motorists will be low due to dust and sand being blown by the wind. On Monday, conditions will again be cloudy and dusty as the low pressure weather system remains in place.
