Known for its range of fun, quirky and subtle timepieces, Swatch is a brand that offers watches for a variety of different tastes and styles. Last month, the Swiss watch manufacturer opened its fourth global flagship store in the UAE, at the iconic Dubai Mall. The decor of the new store was driven by a “Swiss meets Arabia” theme, with landmarks like the Swiss Alps and Burj Khalifa adorning walls, along with images of billy goats and camels.
“Nothing is more Swiss than Swatch, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to increase its brand presence in the region with a global flagship store in this exceptional location,” says Rivoli Group CEO Ramesh Prabhakar. “We are confident of the store’s success and look forward to welcoming our many new and loyal customers with a fun and fantastic range of watches in a vibrant and energetic space.”
The new Swatch flagship store is located on the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall, opposite Waitrose.

Electoral College Victory
Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican. Trump swept all five remaining swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, sealing his path to victory and giving him a strong mandate.

The count is ongoing, but Trump currently leads with nearly 51 per cent of the popular vote to Harris’s 47.6 per cent. Trump has over 72.2 million votes, while Harris trails with approximately 67.4 million.

What is Bitcoin?

The "miners" use computers to make complex calculations that verify transactions in Bitcoin. This uses a tremendous amount of energy via computers and server farms all over the world, which has given rise to concerns about the amount of fossil fuel-dependent electricity used to power the computers.
