Racehorse Ertijaal gallops onto The National Sport front page on Tuesday, March 21 ahead of his participation in the Al Quoz Sprint on Dubai World Cup night.
Ertijaal is the fastest horse ever to race at Meydan Racecourse — the venue for Saturday’s Dubai World Cup — having posted a record time over 1,000 metres.
The National's racing expert Geoffrey Riddle spent some time at the Grandstand Stables with trainer Ali Rashid Al Raihe to talk about Ertijaal and his hopes for the Dubai World Cup.
