Cristiano Ronaldo laid down a challenge to his 200 million Instagram followers this week in the first edition of the Living Room Cup. The Juventus and Portugal superstar filmed himself doing a core crusher exercise and managed to do 142 reps in 45 seconds. A very impressive effort and not entirely surprising given his immense physical fitness. "Can you step up and beat my core crusher record?" he asked in the video caption. Well, two-time Olympic gold medallist Caster Semenya has responded with an emphatic "yes". The South African 800-metre runner posted her efforts to her Instagram account and managed to obliterate Ronaldo's score with 176 reps. As well as golds at London 2012 and Rio 2016, Semenya is a three-time world champion, so if anyone could beat Ronaldo at his own game, it would be the 29-year-old track star.
