PSV Eindhoven announced on their Twitter account on Thursday they had reached a deal with Manchester United for coveted winger Memphis Depay
Depay had been linked with many of the major clubs in Europe, including Real Madrid, Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and others.
The Netherlands international, who made a major impact on the run to third place at the 2014 World Cup, will have to pass a medical examination before the transfer can go through when the window opens in June.
The 21-year-old is reportedly being purchased by Man United for EU€30 million (Dh124.9m).

Depay has been a scoring machine for PSV this season, firing in 21 goals in 28 Dutch Eredivisie appearances, with another three goals in six Europa League matches.
Eindhoven are running away with the Dutch title this year, their first since 2007/08.
United are currently fourth in the Premier League, but manager Louis van Gaal is looking for more fire power after a season in which his strike trio of Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Radamel Falcao have generally underperformed. United’s 59 goals well trail the likes of scoring leaders Man City (71), Chelsea (69) and Arsenal (66).
