Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri will not stand in Paul Pogba’s way if the French midfielder decides to leave the Turin giants this summer.
Pogba was an important member of a Juve side that won a Serie A and Coppa Italia double this season as well as reached the final of the Uefa Champions League.
Manchester City, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are thought to be interested in prising the 22-year-old France international away from Turin.
Pogba, who joined Juve on a free transfer from Manchester United in 2012, is worth a reported £80 million (Dh455m).
"A Pogba transfer? Obviously it would be a decision made by the club and not by the technical team," Allegri said to Gazzetta dello Sport. "When you talk about certain figures, it's difficult to say no.
“But if Paul remains in Turin, he should do it with the right mentality and without having any regrets.”
Pogba has been a big hit since arriving at Juve three years ago and is under contract until June 2019.
Allegri, meanwhile, said his club has uncovered a star in Spanish striker Alvaro Morata.
The player left Real Madrid in search of more playing time last summer and has blossomed at Juve.
“If we must sell him, I hope the club at least gets €70-€80 million for him,” Allegri said. “This is Morata’s current value.
“I think we must focus on him and also on [Kingsley] Coman, another youngster with excellent skills, that needs a bit more time to reach his top level.”
Morata scored twice against Madrid to knock his former club out of the Champions League semi-finals and also scored in his team’s 3-1 defeat to Barcelona in the final of the European competition.
Madrid, who sold the 22-year-old forward to the Italians last summer for €20m (Dh83.6m), have the option to buy him back for a set fee of €30m this summer.
Allegri is also uncertain on whether he will have Carlos Tevez in his team for the 2015/16 campaign.
The Argentina forward is under contract with Juve for another year but has been linked with former team Boca Juniors while Atletico Madrid are also keen to sign the 31-year-old frontman during the summer transfer window.

How the UAE gratuity payment is calculated now
Employees leaving an organisation are entitled to an end-of-service gratuity after completing at least one year of service.
The tenure is calculated on the number of days worked and does not include lengthy leave periods, such as a sabbatical. If you have worked for a company between one and five years, you are paid 21 days of pay based on your final basic salary. After five years, however, you are entitled to 30 days of pay. The total lump sum you receive is based on the duration of your employment.
1. For those who have worked between one and five years, on a basic salary of Dh10,000 (calculation based on 30 days):
a. Dh10,000 ÷ 30 = Dh333.33. Your daily wage is Dh333.33
b. Dh333.33 x 21 = Dh7,000. So 21 days salary equates to Dh7,000 in gratuity entitlement for each year of service. Multiply this figure for every year of service up to five years.
2. For those who have worked more than five years
c. 333.33 x 30 = Dh10,000. So 30 days’ salary is Dh10,000 in gratuity entitlement for each year of service.
