Gyan Steel win despite Fayyaz's performance for Ibsons CC

Fayyaz Ahmed turned in a superb all-round performance, but his efforts failed to prevent Ibsons CC from crashing to a 24-run defeat against Gyan Steel in the second Al Dhaid Ramadan T20 tournament, organised by the Sharjah Cricket Council, for the Conmix Cup at Al Dhaid Cricket Village. Gyan Steel, batting first, posted 162 for eight in the allotted 20 overs despite a great spell by Fayyaz, who returned with figures of five for 25. Haris Khan held the innings together, scoring 44 off 32 balls with three fours and two sixes. Meanwhile, Arshad Khan's all-round performance helped Abu Dhabi Cargo Company (ADCC) defeat Dry Docks World Dubai in a Group D match by five wickets in the Dulsco Ramadan Cricket Tournament at Zabeel Park. Arshad took two wickets as Dry Docks struggled to 132 after electing to bat first. He then scored a 20-ball 24 runs to help ADCC reach the target in the 17th over.
