Jorge Valdivia adorns The National Sport front page on Friday, June 26 as the Chile midfielder gets set to return to UAE football with Al Wahda.
Valdivia, 31, is accustomed to the Arabian Gulf League having spent two successful seasons at reigning champions Al Ain between 2008 and 2010.
And after five years away, the playmaker will return to the UAE after Al Wahda announced on Thursday a deal had been agreed for his transfer.
Valdivia is currently in Chile for Copa America as the home team enters the semi-finals, and he will complete the formalities of the move at the end of the tournament.
