Zinedine Zidane, Thierry Henry and Emmanuel Petit led a French team in a gala match against a Fifa 98 side to celebrate 20 years since Les Bleus last lifted the World Cup.
Zidane and Petit, the goalscorers in France's 3-0 victory over Brazil in the 1998 final in Paris, were joined by former teammates Bixente Lizarazu, Vincent Candela, Christophe Dugarry and Laurent Blanc and the rest of Aime Jacquet's squad at the U Arena in Paris to take on a Fifa side including former Italy striker Christian Vieri and retired Jamaican sprint king Usain Bolt.
There was one notable absence from the French squad: Didier Deschamps, who lifted the trophy on home soil in the absence of the suspended Blanc 20 years ago, is currently in Russia with the national team preparing for this summer's World Cup, which gets under way on Thursday.
France 98 won the match 3-2.
