He's been Liverpool's "Mr Incredible" on the pitch for the past three seasons – and now Mohamed Salah has the mask and outfit to back it up. The Egyptian went into full superhero mode for the birthday of his daughter, Makka, by dressing up as the Disney Pixar animation character. Salah posed with his daughter amid a sea of Incredibles-themed decorations to mark the occasion and wrote on Instagram: "Happy birthday to my princess! #IncredibleFather". Salah was in similar celebratory mood this time last year when he dressed up as the character Maui from the Disney film Moana. The pair have also been seen on the pitch at Anfield, where young Makka delighted the crowd by dribbling and scoring in an empty goal in May last year. She then made another appearance on the pitch after Liverpool's Champions League final victory over Tottenham Hotspur. Salah has started the season in fine form in front of goal, netting a hat-trick in the opening Premier League match of the season against Leeds, and then another two against Aston Villa, although Jurgen Klopp's side were on the end of a 7-2 thrashing on that occasion. With no Egypt international fixture, Salah has been training this week ahead of Saturday's Merseyside derby against Everton.
