Premier League leaders Liverpool reported for training again on Wednesday as restrictions over the Covid-19 outbreak in Britain continued to ease. Manager Jurgen Klopp waved and smiled as he arrived at the club's Melwood training ground, with most of the first-team squad, including Dutch defender Virgil van Dijk, Brazil midfielder Fabinho and captain Jordan Henderson reporting for duty. As part of Project Restart, players must practise social distancing at all times, the league said, with contact training not permitted at this stage. Players will be asked to use an app on a daily basis to record any symptoms. To see pictures of players and staff arriving for training, check out the photo gallery above.
