Manchester United thrashed Chelsea 4-0 on Sunday to give Frank Lampard a miserable first Premier League game in charge. Two goals from Marcus Rashford, an Anthony Martial effort and a deflected strike from debutant Daniel James gave United a comprehensive win at Old Trafford. Lampard, who had backed his youngsters by playing Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham in a young Chelsea, were made to pay for not taking their chances when they were on top in the first half. Rashford netted the first from the penalty spot after he was felled, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men ran wild in the second half.
