First tickets are on sale for the Fifa Club World Cup 2018 in UAE in December



UAE-based Real Madrid fans can start planning on how they are going to watch the Uefa Champions League winners in action after the first tickets for the Fifa Club World Cup were put on sale today.

Tickets for the tournament, which will have matches in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain between December 12-22, were put on sale exclusively to Visa cardholders. The pre-sale lasts until 2pm on June 11.

Tickets are available for all games, including the final, to be played at Zayed Sports City, with ticket prices starting from Dh100.

Real Madrid, who won the 2017 tournament in Abu Dhabi, secured their return to the UAE by beating Liverpool 3-1. The other teams to have so qualified for the seven-club event are Al Ain, Mexican side Guadalajara and Team Wellington of New Zealand.

The remaining three entrants – the winner of South America's Libertadores Cup, the Asian Champions League and the African Champions League – will not be decided until November.
