GDANSK // Slaven Bilic, the Croatia coach, has condemned <a href="http://www.thenational.ae/sport/football/euro-2012-italy-1-croatia-1">some of his country's fans</a> after racist behaviour landed the Croatian Football Federation in hot water with Uefa. Speaking on the eve of Croatia's decisive <a href="http://www.thenational.ae/topic/events/football/euro-2012">Euro 2012</a> Group C match against Spain today, Bilic warned them to stay away from the stadium. "It's very disappointing to hear that some of our supporters have behaved like this," Bilic told a news conference at the Gdansk Stadium. "I don't like these people, I don't want these people supporting us. We don't want them in the stadium. We are angry with these stupid fans as well. We need to stop them forever." Bilic earlier said that his players will need to play "the games of their lives" with top spot in the group up for grabs. A win over Spain will see Croatia qualify for the quarter-finals as group winners, while a draw could be enough depending on whether Italy beat Ireland. For Spain, the task is straightforward: a draw means qualification and a win ensures first place. Bilic has acknowledged his players will need to produce something special, but his team showed plenty of fight to hold Italy on Thursday.
