DUBAI // England will look to make it a hat-trick of Dubai Rugby Sevens victories after this year's tournament was confirmed. Last year Ben Ryan's side retained the Sevens title with victory over France 29-12 - in a distinctively garish orange kit, having beaten Samoa in the final the previous year. Canada's women's side won the first ever Women's Sevens Challenge Cup at the event, which will take place again this year as part of the build-up to the 2016 Olympics. More than 190 sides will take part in this year's Invitation tournament across 14 sections - including veterans, men and women's competitions. This year's event will take place at the 7he Sevens venue from November 29 to December 1.
