Ronak Panoly stars as Panthers beat Tigers to clinch Karwan Rising Stars F40 title - in pictures



Ronak Panoly was the all-round star as Panthers won the Karwan Rising Stars F40 final against Tigers in Ajman on Thursday night.

The UAE Under 19 all-rounder first made a breezy 34 from 26 balls in a stand worth 57 for the first wicket with Tanish Suri.

Suri top scored with 61 as the Panthers posted 248 before being bowled out with two balls of their 40 overs left to go.

The target proved well beyond the Tigers, who were beaten by 107 runs despite Moazam Hayat’s innings worth 62.

Panoly also took four wickets to seal the title in a competition organised to promote the country’s leading young players.
