India beat Bangladesh on Tuesday in a Cricket World Cup match that was closer than the 28-run margin suggested.

Even though most of the players contributed to their victory and entry into the semi-finals, the usual suspects - answering to the names of Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah - stood out. There was notable exception, though, as captain Virat Kohli underwhelmed while KL Rahul finally came to the party after failing to kick on after making good starts in previous games.
