Royal Challengers Bangalore's Devdutt Padikkal enjoyed a dream debut to set up a 10-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in Dubai on Monday.

Bangalore took the last eight Hyderabad wickets for 32 runs as their opponents were out for 153 in 19.4 overs, after being 121-2 in the 16th over.

Leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal took 3-15 and triggered Hyderabad’s collapse when he bowled Jonny Bairstow on 61.

Shivam Dube and Navdeep Saini took four wickets.

Earlier, after being sent into bat, Bangalore’s 20-year-old debutant opening batsman Padikkal made an impressive 56 off 42 balls, and AB de Villiers’ 51 from 30 balls took the total to 163-5.
