IPL 2020: Andre Russell and other Caribbean stars land in UAE - in pictures

A few star names that were involved with the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) have landed in the UAE for the Indian Premier League (IPL) that begins on Saturday.

Kolkata Knight Riders players Andre Russell and Sunil Narine joined their team in Abu Dhabi on Sunday. In the CPL, Russell played for the Jamaica Tallawahs and Narine for Trinbago Knight Riders – the West Indian franchise of the Knight Riders management who won the title on Thursday.

Shimron Hetmyer and Keemo Paul also joined the Delhi Capitals squad, beginning their week-long quarantine process.

The 2020 edition of the IPL is one week away and most top players are in the UAE. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings will kickstart the tournament in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.
