Ms Federko and her husband Dima Raketa enjoy stunning waterfront views and a lively community with a promenade, restaurants, and access to parks and green spaces. We live in a one-bedroom apartment in Creek Rise. When we first started looking for a place, we were torn between Dubai Creek Harbour and Dubai Hills Estate. Ultimately, the Creek won us over with its perfect location, modern infrastructure, and stunning architecture. It was love at first sight for me. The view from our window is breathtaking, and I remember thinking, “I want to live here!” I live with my husband, Dima, who runs a business in Dubai. We both enjoy the active lifestyle this community offers, whether it’s jogging along the promenade in the mornings, walking through the nearby park, or exploring the variety of restaurants and shops just a short stroll away. Living here feels like the perfect balance between work and relaxation for both of us. This area has everything: a park, a promenade, restaurants, shops, a gym, a swimming pool, and even a cinema. It's one of the cleanest neighbourhoods in Dubai, and I love the sense of security and how beautifully maintained everything is. It's a place where you can escape the noise of the city but still feel connected to everything. I’ve personalised our space by adding cosy decor and rearranging furniture to make it functional and inviting. The living room is my favourite spot, especially with the large windows that let in so much natural light and offer a beautiful view. Our terrace is a great place to relax, and the kitchen, although modern and compact, feels warm and homely with its thoughtful design. Small touches, like a vase of greenery on the dining table, add life and personality to the space. There are so many! The large windows make the space feel open and connected to the outdoors, while the terrace is perfect for unwinding. One of my favourite things is the promenade nearby, where I enjoy walking and soaking in the fresh air – especially now that winter is here, making the weather perfect for evening strolls. Our community is quiet, green, and beautifully maintained. Honestly, I can’t think of any. Everything here is perfect for us. Yes, we plan to stay here for a long time. This apartment and community feel like home. Dubai is an expensive city, and rental prices reflect that. But for what this area offers, it’s absolutely worth it. We have a beautiful apartment with great security, and the community is always clean and well-maintained. It has everything we need for daily life, including a gym, swimming pool, and other amenities that make it feel luxurious and convenient. This is exactly what I was looking for – a place that combines comfort and safety.
