Get tickets to see the play Sinatra Raw, starring British actor Richard Shelton. The one-man show tells the darker side of Frank Sinatra's story. Slanted Squares
Lebanese artist Marwan Rechmaoui’s exhibition during Sharjah Art Foundation’s autumn programme launches on Saturday, November 2. The 2019 Bonnefanten Award for Contemporary Art showcase brings together three bodies of his work centred around the course of construction buildings. He takes inspiration from physical sites and the foundations of buildings to document history as well as uses them to create metaphors for the archaeology of a city. His work uses industrial materials such as concrete, rubber, tar, textiles and glass.

V for Vegan
Head to Aqua in Rosewood Abu Dhabi for a special vegan-themed night. The V for Vegan event features a menu of more than 40 plant-based dishes. The buffet consists of a bread corner, a salad bar, soups and dim sum for starters, followed by a variety of mains, such as sweet miso aubergine, vegan biryani and mac and cheese. The dinner also includes a sushi spread, chips, burgers, a gluten-free pasta station and stir-fried dishes. There is a wide selection of desserts, including treacle coconut mango sago, roasted pecan nut brownie and soya milk cherry mousse.

Celebrated chef Giorgio Locatelli will be on hand at his restaurant Ronda Locatelli with a three-course vegan menu made up of ingredients sourced directly from his Sicilian farm. DJ Megablast
Acclaimed Viennese producer DJ Megablast will perform two shows in the UAE this month, at the Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches of Peruvian restaurant Coya. The musician, best known for 2010 earworm Soy Como Soy, will take to the decks at Dubai's Pisco Bar and Lounge in Dubai on Sunday, November 3 to treat party-goers to a fusion of techno, world, and electronica beats, followed by a similarly pumping set in the capital on Thursday, November 7. Expect Latin-influenced tracks to match the surroundings, and hours of non-stop dancing.
