Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa will host its first luxury yoga retreat this weekend.
The retreat, which includes the option of an overnight stay, will be led by Sumit Manav, founder of Lifestyle Yoga in Dubai.
The half-day retreat starts at 10am on Friday and includes two yoga classes and a healthy lunch at Al Diwaan Restaurant. This option costs Dh699 per person and finishes at 5.30pm.
The overnight package, which costs Dh5,000 for two people, includes sundowners and a camel ride, followed by dinner in the desert and moonlit meditation. There is also sunrise yoga in the morning, followed by breakfast and one final yoga session before departure.
