UAE’s trampoline parks offer new fitness classes and longer sessions

The UAE’s trampoline parks have several new offers to entice the bouncer in you.

• Flip Out Dubai has launched five new fitness classes aimed at all ages and experience levels. The classes include Flip N' Fit, which focus on burning calories and fat, toning muscles and increasing cardiovascular ability. There's also Trampoline Parkour for beginners and intermediates, Wallrunning, in which participants learn how to run vertical walls, Little Ninjas for those aged 4 to 12 years, and Mums n' Bubs, which focuses on movement-led body-weight training and yoga to boost energy levels, lose weight, build core strength and increase strength in the knees, pelvis, back and neck. • Bounce, meanwhile, is doubling the length of its after-school sessions from one hours to two. The sessions are available from Sunday to Wednesday and cost Dh80. For information, visit bounce.ae.
