TRX, or suspension training, is a body-sculpting and core-building workout that uses a webbed rope system so you can push and pull your way to your exercise goals. Popular among a variety of fitness seekers, from professional and injured athletes, to pre- and postnatal women, TRX workouts are open to people of all ages and capabilities. The versatility of the ropes and cords allows for self-adjusting of the amount of resistance, with small changes to each participant’s foot, hand and body positions. Water waste
