Learn about achieving a healthy balance in life at the Summer Wellness Festival on Saturday, June 4, at Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa by Anantara.

The free event, which runs from 2pm to 6pm and is in support of Global Wellness Day, will include healthy food tutorials, breathing workshops, beauty demonstrations and the opportunity to try the latest health and beauty products.

Sessions include meditation and mindfulness, yogic tips for reducing stress at your desk, activating your inner beauty and magnetic frequencies and how they affect sleep and stress.
