Head to Yas Marina Circuit on Wednesday night for a Ramadan evening of health and well-being. GoYas by Daman’s ActiveLife has teamed up with #theADmovement to encourage women to become more active and learn ways to lead healthier lives.
The free women-only event involves fitness, nutrition and well-being activities, such as boot camp, yoga, N+TC Dance Fusion, instructor-led cycling around Yas Marina Circuit, complimentary posture screenings, foot assessments and massages, as well as discussions with #EndSmallTalk, a group that encourages meaningful conversations. There will also be pop-up stores selling clothing and healthy food. Women are invited to bring non-monetary donations, such as clothing, household items, personal care/hygiene items or children’s items, that are in new or good condition.
#theADMovement was established in March by personal trainer Abeer Amiri, health coach student Sarah Al Nowais and fitness blogger and nutrition enthusiast Kristin Anderson to encourage and inspire women to lead healthy and active lives.
