On the 28th, Uranus once again contacts the horoscope of Iran as it did last spring when this column pointed to the potential for riots. This combination typically stirs up tempers and puts the population on edge. Military action is also a possibility, but such ventures rarely work out as planned under this planet. Keep an eye on the events in Tehran and look to the summer for significant developments across the Gulf. The full moon on the 28th is a favourable one for the UAE. The overall mood is positive. The rulership is far-sighted and wise. Beneficial decisions and rulings are likely in the capital. Mid-March is likely to bring a need to make tough decisions in the areas of cost-cutting and shedding unviable projects.

ARIES (March 20-April 18)  Positive developments are in the works. Behind the scenes, situations will benefit you in the future. Drop the need for immediate clarity, but be assured that the caravan is on its way. TAURUS (April 19-May 19)  Juno, the heavenly body that rules flowers, creating an environment and diplomacy, enters your sign this week. This is a time to redecorate or to be a host or a negotiator.

GEMINI (May 20-June 19)  Your communicative abilities and Mercurial style serve you well. You can more easily attract the attention of managers and authorities. If you are in a sales position, this is a week to knock on doors. CANCER (June 20-July 21)  Matters connected to foreign countries and legal matters are highlighted. It is a favourable time to travel or to plan a trip. Seek resolutions to disputes. You are likely to meet with success.

LEO (July 22-Aug 21)  You are very concerned with security, especially at the end of the week. Keep confidential information to yourself. This is not the time to leave sensitive data unsecured. VIRGO (Aug 22-Sept 21)  You are at a lunar high at the end of the week. Plan to successfully wind up any project. You may feel motivated to make a new start, but you will tend to be too optimistic.   LIBRA (Sept 22-Oct 22)  Relationships are favoured. Seek to make new friends. In business, make agreements and resolve disputes. Advisers such as attorneys and accountants will prove to be worth their fees.

SCORPIO (Oct 23-Nov 20)  Matters related to work and health are well-starred. This is a good time to schedule a physical check-up. The work environment improves. This is a good time to seek an assistant or make requests. SAGITTARIUS (Nov 21-Dec 22)  Matters of recreation and self-expression tend to expand. Indulge in art or your favourite hobby. The children will please you this week, and you will take pride in their achievements.

CAPRICORN (Dec 23-Jan 19)  A pleasant and large family gathering is likely. If not the family, you may host a meeting or a group. Visitors from overseas are also likely. This is an emotional week for the family. AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 18)  Mercury and Neptune are strong. This is useful if you are writing or painting. At the very least, you will be in a dreamy mood. This, however, is not helpful for doing detailed and exacting work.

PISCES (Feb 19-March 19)  The Sun and Jupiter meet in your sign on the last day of the month. Any activity begun at this time is likely to meet with success. You may be hesitant and tentative. Don't be! The planetary weather has cleared up and you can move ahead.
