Dubai-based lifestyle fitness centre A-Tone Fitness Lounge has introduced the Cross-Cuit training programme. The fitness class, founded by A-Tone founder and Pilates trainer Anjali Chandiramani, is a hybrid of CrossFit with time-based circuit training, and looks to alleviate the stress high-intensity interval training has on the body.
A mix of callisthenics, strongman, Olympic weightlifting, cardio, core-building and strength-training are all rolled into a one-hour session.

Electoral College Victory
Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican. Trump swept all five remaining swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, sealing his path to victory and giving him a strong mandate.
