After months of anticipation, Address Beach Resort opened its doors to the public on Friday, December 18. It is the first beachfront property for Emaar’s Address Hotels & Resorts - the same group behind other Dubai hotels including Address Dubai Mall and the Palace Downtown - so guests can expect the same swanky interiors and facilities. To start with, the landmark building, located at Dubai's JBR, features two 77-floor twin towers connected with the tallest inhabited skybridge in the world. Meanwhile, the hotel's rooftop infinity pool is a candidate for the Guinness World Records as one of world's tallest. The twin towers house the Address Beach Resort and Address Beach Residences, and will feature 217 guest rooms and suites including deluxe rooms, one and two-bedroom suites and three-bedroom Presidential Suites. The hotel is also home to a number of dining concepts, several of which offer stunning views. Zeta Seventy Seven, located along the infinity pool, gives guests views to the Ain Dubai, Bluewaters Island and the Palm Jumeirah. Li’Brasil, meanwhile, is a new restaurant featuring a fusion of Lebanese and Brazilian flavours. The hotel also features Address’ signature The Restaurant and The Lounge. Finally, The Beach Grill is a beach-side venue for those who prefer al fresco dining. To complete the luxury resort experience, the hotel features a 100-metre-long beach stretch, family-friendly and adults-only pools, a fitness centre and The Spa at Address for rest and relaxation. The hotel is currently taking bookings and prices start at Dh1,170. Scroll through the gallery above to see the new Address Beach Resort
