The Challenge of bringing Dodge's stretch limo to Dubai

A stretch limo version of a Dodge Challenger is turning heads in Dubai.

The imposing vehicle, which is worth about Dh500,000 and is eight metres long, was modified in the US by Dubai Exotic Limo and brought to the UAE. It is being hired out for Dh600 per hour.

Izzat Rustom, the managing director of the company, said there are only five such vehicles in the word, with this being the only one in the Middle East.

"It's a big boy's toy and people like it because it's different, it's unique, it's one of a kind," he told The National.

The company has 20 limos that it hires out.

"We try always to give an identity to each limo. Each one is totally different and has its own personality and different design - inside and outside," Mr Rustom added.

The car, which takes up to 10 passengers, has been on the road since November and has already been hired out about 50 times, he said.
