Every second Chevrolet Camaro in the UAE seems to sport an Autobots badge in homage to the muscle car's role as the <em>Transformers</em> character Bumblebee. <a href="https://www.thenational.ae/lifestyle/the-seven-weirdest-things-for-sale-on-dubizzle-1.618255">Last year, we reported how a real-life Batmobile was among the strangest items ever sold on Dubizzle</a>. And now Iron Man has joined that superhero/car crossover crew with a special Hyundai Kona SUV. OK, so the Korean carmaker might not be the most obvious fit for the Marvel-tastic creation, which was given its debut at this weekend's Comic-Con in San Diego, California – but it does continue a collaborative lineage between the two companies, after Hyundai's latest Veloster Turbo was featured in this summer's <em>Ant-Man and the Wasp </em>movie (<a href="https://www.thenational.ae/arts-culture/film/film-review-ant-man-and-the-wasp-is-fun-but-we-still-have-marvel-fatigue-1.747248">read our film review here</a>)<em>.</em> The Kona Iron Man Edition has special day-running headlamps meant to resemble the mask/eyes of Iron Man's suit, while other features include a mask motif on the roof, Stark Industries decals, plus various engravings of Iron Man-related logos. The exterior colour is "Iron Man red" with matte grey.
